Incidently my homecysteine was 16.8!! I started on a supplement with B6, B12, TMG and regular folic acid (5mg) and it went down to 7 something. I am now taking the active form of folate along with many other supplements. I took 3 mg yesterday, headache today (and i never get headaches), so I reduced to 1mg and will try adding niacin and curcumin. Weight-loss supplements have been around for ages.
